    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">لحجز جولة مع Silverpine Bhutan، يجب أن:</p>

      <li>يكون عمركم 18 عاماً على الأقل، أو تحصلوا على موافقة الوالدين/الوصي</li>
      <li>تقدّموا تفاصيل جواز سفر ساري (صالح لمدة 6 أشهر على الأقل بعد تواريخ السفر)</li>
      <li>تكمّلوا نموذج الحجز بمعلومات دقيقة</li>
      <li>تدفعوا العربون المطلوب لتأكيد حجزكم</li>
      <li>يكون لديكم تأمين سفر ساري (إلزامي لجميع المسافرين)</li>

      شروط الدفع

      <li>يُطلب <strong>عربون غير قابل للاسترداد بنسبة 30%</strong> لتأكيد حجزكم</li>
      <li>يؤمّن العربون تواريخكم ويبدأ عملية التأشيرة/التصريح</li>
      <li>الحجوزات خلال 30 يوماً من السفر تتطلّب دفع 100% مقدماً</li>
    </ul>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mt-6 mb-3">الدفعة النهائية</h3>
    <ul class="list-disc list-inside text-gray-700 space-y-2 ml-4 mb-4">
      <li>يستحق الدفع الكامل <strong>قبل 30 يوماً من الوصول</strong></li>
      <li>التأخر في الدفع قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الحجز</li>
      <li>نقبل التحويلات البنكية وبطاقات الائتمان ووسائل دفع أخرى</li>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mt-6 mb-3">المواطنون الهنود</h3>
    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">يدفع المسافرون الهنود SDF مخفّضاً بقيمة ₹1,200 للشخص لليلة. تبقى شروط الدفع كما هي.</p>

      تأمين السفر (إلزامي)
    </h2>

    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">
      <strong>يجب أن يكون لدى جميع المسافرين تأمين سفر شامل</strong> يغطي:
    </p>
    <ul class="list-disc list-inside text-gray-700 space-y-2 ml-4">
      <li>الطوارئ الطبية والإخلاء</li>
      <li>إلغاء الرحلة وانقطاعها</li>
      <li>فقدان الأمتعة أو سرقتها</li>
      <li>تأخير الرحلات وإلغاؤها</li>
      <li>الإعادة الطارئة إلى الوطن</li>
    </ul>

    <p class="text-gray-700 mt-4">
      يجب تقديم إثبات التأمين قبل السفر. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض الخدمة إن لم يُقدَّم تأمين كافٍ.

      متطلبات الصحة واللياقة
    </h2>

    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">
      غالباً ما تتضمّن جولات بوتان المشي والارتفاع (حتى 4000 م لبعض المسارات). ينبغي أن:
    </p>
    <ul class="list-disc list-inside text-gray-700 space-y-2 ml-4">
      <li>تكونوا في حالة بدنية جيدة بشكل معقول</li>
      <li>تستشيروا طبيبكم قبل السفر، خصوصاً لجولات المشي</li>
      <li>تخبرونا بأي حالات طبية أو إعاقات أو قيود غذائية</li>
      <li>تكونوا مستعدين لمرافق أساسية في المناطق النائية</li>
    </ul>

    <p class="text-gray-700 mt-4">
      نحتفظ بالحق في استبعاد مسافرين من أنشطة معيّنة إن رأينا أن مشاركتهم قد تعرّضهم أو تعرّض الآخرين للخطر.

      التأشيرة ومتطلبات الدخول

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mt-6 mb-3">الزوار الدوليون</h3>
    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">
      نعالج تأشيرة بوتان عند استلام تفاصيل حجزكم وصورة جواز السفر. تُصدَر التأشيرات إلكترونياً وتستلمون خطاب التخليص قبل السفر. التأشيرة تتم عبر مشغّل مرخّص.
    </p>

    <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mt-6 mb-3">المواطنون الهنود</h3>
    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">
      يمكن للمواطنين الهنود دخول بوتان بجواز ساري أو بطاقة ناخب. لا تُطلب تأشيرة، لكن يجب معالجة تصاريح الدخول.

      حدود المسؤولية

    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">تعمل Silverpine Bhutan وكيلاً للفنادق ومزوّدي النقل ومزوّدي الخدمات الآخرين. نحن:</p>

    <ul class="list-disc list-inside text-gray-700 space-y-2 ml-4 mb-4">
      <li>لا نتحمل مسؤولية الإصابة أو الوفاة أو الخسارة الناشئة عن أفعال أطراف ثالثة</li>
      <li>لسنا مسؤولين عن أحداث القوة القاهرة (كوارث طبيعية، اضطرابات سياسية، أوبئة)</li>
      <li>لا نضمن برامج دقيقة بسبب الطقس أو أحوال الطرق أو عوامل أخرى</li>
      <li>لسنا مسؤولين عن خسائر بسبب تأخير شركات الطيران أو إلغائها أو فوات الربط</li>
      <li>نبذل عناية معقولة في اختيار مزوّدي الخدمات لكن لا نتحمل مسؤولية تقصيرهم</li>

      قواعد السلوك

    <p class="text-gray-700 mb-4">كضيف في بوتان، يرجى احترام العادات والقوانين المحلية:</p>

      <li>ارتدوا ملابس محتشمة، خصوصاً عند زيارة الدزونغ والأديرة والمواقع الدينية</li>
      <li>اطلبوا إذناً قبل تصوير الأشخاص أو الأشياء الدينية</li>
      <li>لا تعكّروا الطقوس الدينية ولا تزيلوا أشياء مقدّسة</li>
      <li>احترموا البيئة (لا ترموا النفايات)</li>
      <li>لا تستخدموا المخدرات غير القانونية (لبوتان قوانين صارمة ضد المخدرات)</li>
      <li>اتبعوا تعليمات مرشدكم في جميع الأوقات</li>
    </ul>

    <p class="text-gray-700 mt-4">
      نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء الخدمات دون استرداد لسوء سلوك جسيم يعرّضكم أو يعرّض الآخرين للخطر أو ينتهك قوانين بوتان.

      تُحكَم أي نزاعات بقوانين مملكة بوتان وتُحَل عبر التفاوض الودّي أو التحكيم الملزم في تيمفو.

      تغييرات البرنامج والتعديلات

      رغم بذلنا كل جهد لتشغيل الجولات كما وُصفت، نحتفظ بالحق في:

      <li>تعديل البرامج بسبب الطقس أو أحوال الطرق أو مخاوف السلامة أو القوة القاهرة</li>
      <li>استبدال فنادق بمعيار مشابه إن لزم الأمر</li>
      <li>إلغاء الجولات إن لم يُبلَغ الحد الأدنى للمشاركة (يُقدَّم استرداد كامل)</li>
      <li>تغيير الأسعار بسبب زيادات الضرائب/الرسوم الحكومية أو تقلبات العملة</li>

      أثناء رحلتكم، قد يلتقط مرشدونا أو ممثلونا صوراً/مقاطع فيديو لأغراض تسويقية. بحجزكم معنا، توافقون على تصويركم، ما لم تنسحبوا صراحة بإبلاغنا كتابة قبل الرحلة.
