Most international guests fly into Paro International Airport (PBH) on Drukair or Bhutan Airlines. Common connections are Bangkok, Singapore, Delhi, Kolkata, Kathmandu, and Dhaka. Indian guests can also enter by road at Phuentsholing from Bagdogra, New Jalpaiguri, Siliguri, or Hasimara. Silverpine meets you at the airport or the border. We are not an official airline agent, and we do not publish a live timetable.
By air
Paro is the international airport. Drukair and Bhutan Airlines both serve it. Schedules change by season, and festival weeks fill early. Book the flight after your visa clearance letter is issued, because the letter is what lets you board.
We coordinate the Paro pickup with your landing time. Domestic hops, including Bumthang when a seat exists, are quoted separately.
By land from India
The usual road entry is Phuentsholing. The Bhutan Gateway from India starts from Bagdogra, NJP, Siliguri, or Hasimara and covers Paro, Thimphu, and Punakha. Indian nationals pay the SDF in INR, about ₹1,200 per person per night, not the international USD 100 rate.
